Functional Features of automatic Winding Machine

In order to adapt to the processing technology of the coil, the automatic winding machine needs to be equipped with spindle speed regulation function, and the configuration of winding equipment should be different. We are familiar with three types of spindle motors: ac motor, DC motor and servo drive motor, and the speed regulation methods used by these motors have their own characteristics.

First, the speed regulation mode of the AC motor: this kind of motor itself has no speed regulation function, it needs to realize the speed regulation function through the electromagnetic speed regulation device or adding the frequency converter. In the winding equipment, we are more common in the frequency converter speed regulation mode. Through the winding equipment control system to control the frequency converter to make the motor have speed regulation function, this mode also has a certain energy-saving effect.

Second, the speed regulation mode of the DC motor: the DC motor needs to convert the supplied power into DC in order to drive the motor, so the DC motor is equipped with a DC speed regulator or brushless driver to drive and control the motor. because the motor is small, it should be used in small winding equipment.

Third, the speed regulation mode of servo drive motor: it belongs to precision motion parts which are suitable for high precision winding equipment and are used with special drivers to realize closed-loop operation control. The biggest characteristic of this kind of motor is constant torque and closed-loop operation. It is used to meet the processing requirements of high-precision coils.
