The multimeter is used to measure the power supply voltage on the input side, and everything is found to be normal, so the difficult problem is locked in the deceleration time set by the frequency converter. In order to reduce the inertia force when the spindle stops as much as possible, the deceleration time of the frequency converter is set small, resulting in a rapid reduction of the frequency converter after the output of the stop data signal. at the same time, the same speed of the motor also decreases rapidly, because the unwinding motor has a great inertia force, which makes the specific speed ratio of the unwinding motor exceed the same speed at this time, and the unwinding motor operates in the case of the generator set. A large working voltage is magnetically induced on the rotor side of the motor, which makes the frequency converter produce overvoltage alarm.

If during the adjustment, it is found that the wire organization of the winding machine will have a significant one-stop situation, and in each stop-and-go cycle, the walking time is very short and the stopping time is longer, resulting in inconsistency in the tightness of the line arrangement. Considering that the sampling cycle time can be reduced to twice the cycle time of the PLC scanner and adjusted again, it is found that the wire organization can move smoothly, it is not easy to go and stop, and the line arrangement is closer. When winding, the tension of the round wire is adjusted by the number of coils wound on the relaxation roll. when winding a thinner round wire, if the tension value is not adjusted properly, the thin wire will be lengthened and the insulating paint will fall off. therefore, the manufacturer should sum up the appropriate number of winding coils according to different round wire diameters. When winding the flat wire, the tension is adjusted by adjusting the air pressure of the disc brake pads, and we should also summarize the corresponding air pressure for different line widths.
