Application of automatic winding machine

As long as most electrical products need to be wound with enamelled copper wire (referred to as enamelled wire) to make inductance coils, winding machines are needed. For example: all kinds of motors, fluorescent lamp ballasts, transformers of all sizes, televisions. The mid-cycle and inductance coils used in radios, line output transformers (high-voltage packages), electronic igniters, high-voltage coils on mosquito extinguishers, loudspeakers, headphones, voice coils of microphones, and various electric welders cannot be illustrated one by one. These coils need to be wound with a winding machine.

Most of the textile industry uses cotton yarn, man-made fiber yarn and so on to make all kinds of yarns suitable for textile machines.

Most of the wires wound by automatic winding machines are enamelled copper wires (inductance coils for winding electronic and electrical products), textile wires (yarns and clusters used for winding textile machines), and electric hotlines and solder wires for winding electric heating appliances, wires, cables, etc.
