How to solve the problem of broken wires in each device of automatic winding machine?

With the higher the current demand, manual production has no way to meet the society, the use of machinery and equipment to work, high efficiency, but also can bring greater profits to manufacturers, this is why in the manufacturing industry, or in electronic equipment, electrical appliances, these products are used more, there are some reasons!


Take the application of the automatic winding machine, for example, it has a wide range and good operation in all aspects, but in the long run, if each device is disconnected, how can we solve these problems?


1. Incorrect placement of the barrel: the bottom of the barrel is not padded properly, the thread is scattered and stuck at the bottom of the barrel when winding, and the barrel is damaged at the mouth of the barrel cover.


Solution: pad the bottom of the barrel and check the mouth of the barrel.


2. Bad tension setting: the winding tension is set too high (broken when winding), and the hook tension is set too high (broken when hooking).


Solution: through the tension control table with the spring scale to check before setting, winding.


3. The use of the spring on the tension mechanism is uncomfortable: the wire will be broken when the spring force is high.


Solution: choose the appropriate spring.


4. The wire sheath is not in the right position with the hook sleeve: the wire sleeve is flush with the hook sleeve, or even shorter (the wire sleeve pushes the groove or key seriously). When the thread is not completely pushed out after the hook, the line is.


Scratch off the opening of the hook sleeve.


Solution: adjust the distance between the sheath and the hook sleeve (the length of the sleeve must be 1-2mm longer than the hook sleeve).


5. The hook line swing angle stroke is incorrect: the swing angle stroke is too small, the hook will expose the hook sleeve opening and the upper part of the line will be broken or scratched. If the swing angle stroke is too large, a hook under the line will reveal that the lower line of the hook sleeve opening will be broken or scratched when pushed out. The angle from the hook to the winding position is set large. Small correlation).


6. Improper setting of program parameters: if the angle from the winding to the hook is too large, the line will be pulled into the wire mold and the closing wire will be clamped. Winding speed. Acceleration is too fast, indexing. The speed of the hook line is too fast, and the match is not good.


Solution: the parameters are set correctly and checked frequently.


7. Indexing change: bad bearing in the indexable shaft, bad plane bearing in the clamping mechanism, bad balance of the winding die, bad adjustment of the winding die in the center of the hook sleeve (bad flying fork bearing, wear of the flying fork spindle bearing, bad adjustment of the mold center caused by the wear of the flying fork pulley bearing). When indexing, the rotor is subjected to external resistance, the position changes, and the wire is broken on the steel sheet.

Solution: the same as 1-5.


8. The wire cutting mechanism is bad: the thread is cut but not clamped, and the tail line is pulled off as soon as it starts. Solution: adjust the wire cutting mechanism.


9. Other: the installation position of the middle guard plate is not good, and the steel sheet is scraped off the line.
