Any machinery that is in use for a period of time, or some companies, machinery factories, enterprises, and so on, will be required to check the equipment of the machinery every day to ensure that when it runs the next day, it will not break down and does not affect the normal operation, so it is necessary to carry out maintenance. or cleaning tools, changing some configurations, updating the system and so on, such as the use of internal winding machines, what are the maintenance skills?


First, daily inspection and correct operation are indispensable and important steps to ensure the normal operation of the winding machine. First of all, an equipment manual should be established to record and read the operation and problems of the winding machine. when starting the work, we should carefully check the workbench, wire guide rails and the main sliding surfaces, such as obstacles, tools, impurities, etc., must be cleaned, wiped clean, oiled, and carefully check the mobile mechanism of the equipment for any new tension, research, bumps, etc. If it is necessary to inform the equipment staff to check and analyze whether it is caused by the fault, and make a good record, check that the safety protection, power supply, limit and other devices should be complete and intact, and check that the electrical distribution box should be closed securely and the electrical grounding is good. Check whether the accessories of the equipment are good. Wire passing wheels, felt clips, retractors, ceramic parts, etc., should be in good condition, installed correctly, idling test run to see whether the operation is smooth, whether there is abnormal noise, and so on.


Second, although the above work is cumbersome, it can effectively judge whether the equipment is in good condition and prevent the occurrence of failure. If there is no abnormality after inspection, then the equipment can be started normally for winding operation. In the process of operation, as operators also need to strictly follow the rules of use, many inadvertent operations will damage the equipment to varying degrees. In the process of use, you should operate carefully and not do anything that has nothing to do with the work. Stop when leaving the equipment, turn off the power supply and gas source, and wind the wire in accordance with the process regulations.


Third, do not arbitrarily increase the wire diameter, the number of turns and winding speed. It is not allowed to use the winding shaft of the winding machine in excess of specification, overload or overweight, and the mold should be clamped correctly, and it is not allowed to tighten the mold by lengthening the handle to increase the torque, etc., the mechanical speed change of the spindle and wire arrangement mechanism, the clamping and adjustment of the mold should be carried out after stopping, and the protective device is installed to ensure the safety of the operator after the abnormal situation of the equipment, and is not allowed to disassemble the safety device on the equipment without authorization. Tools, workpieces and other sundries are not allowed to be placed directly on the winding machine, especially in the wire screw and winding diameter, and pay close attention to the operation. If abnormal phenomena such as movement failure, vibration, heat, crawling, noise, odor, bruises, etc., should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.


Fourth, after the completion of the operation, you should stop and clean correctly, first of all, put the electrical, pneumatic and other operation switches in the non-working position, completely stop the operation of the equipment, cut off the power supply and gas source, and remove the sundries left on the equipment during the winding process. Seriously, the arrangement displacement mechanism, spool and other places will be refueled and maintained, and carefully fill in the equipment manual records and perfect.
