Is there any factor that will affect the coil size of the winding machine?

There are also certain reasons, such as the application of external winding machine, where do you think the advantages are reflected?

1. Coil size.

Recently, when using the vertical winding machine to wind the single cake coil, the current value of the magnetic powder clutch which controls the pulling force of the winding machine is set to 0.45A, and the size of the B end is too large after the winding of the coil, which exceeds the range of process requirements. As shown in Table 1.

2. Cause analysis of coil size problems.

When the tension-related current value of the vertical winding machine is set to 0.45A, it is found that the force of the wire on the coil is uneven because the tension is too small, and the wire protrudes more because the inertia reel is idling when the reel rotates. As a result, the wire between the wire reel and the wire clamp is not in an ideal horizontal state, but droops out of a certain Radian, so the wire is subjected to uneven force in the winding process. And the compactness of the wound wire cake is not enough, so the size of the coil B is larger than the technical requirement.

3. Analysis of the relationship between winding machine tension and coil size.

The main results are as follows: (1) appropriately increase the influence of the winding machine tension on the coil. In the winding process of the coil, the tension is gradually increased, and the tension-related current of the vertical winding machine is adjusted to 0.46A, and the coil is relaxed, as shown in figure 2. The phenomenon of large size has been improved, but it still does not meet the requirements.

(2) the influence of excessive pulling force of the winding machine on the coil. When the tension-related current value of the vertical winding machine continues to increase to 0.51A, the force on the four corners of the coil is too heavy and there is a warping phenomenon in the winding process. after the winding is completed, there is no obvious gap between the wires and the wire gauge is not sharply reduced, but the four corners are warped, which does not meet the technical requirements.
