概述 Overview


  • 12工位(6工位绕线+6工位装卸)自动绕线,自动排线,自动换极。

  • 12 stations(include 6 stations winding+ 6 stations loadingand unloading)automatic winding, automatic precisionwiring, automatic pole changing.

  • 采用奇为高速控制系统,台湾上银精密丝杆,松下伺服电机驱动,中英文触摸屏界面,采用独立伺服驱动分度机构,提高了漆包线入槽稳定性。所绕线包整齐一致,稳定性高。

  • Adopting Qiwei high-speed control system, imported Taiwan HIWIN precision lead screw,Japan Panasonic servomotor driving, Chinese and English touch screen interface,adopting single-station servo independent drive indexingsystem, improve the stability of the copper wire into thegroove.。

  • 主机结构部分采用优质铸造件,高精度加工,牢固可靠。

  • The main frame adopts high quality castings, CNC high precision processing, firm and reliable.

  • 工装夹具均采用进口材料,特殊热处理及多项打磨工艺,精度高,耐磨性能好。

  • Tooling fixtures are imported materials, special heattreatment and a number of grinding processes, high precision,good wear resistance.

  • 选配安全光栅,伺服张力系统。

  • Customer can choose whether need to install safety grating, servo tension system or not.
