单工位自动绕线，自动排线，自动换极。

采用奇为高速控制系统，台湾上银精密丝杆，松下伺服电机驱动，中英文触摸屏界面，采用独立伺服驱动分度机构，提高了漆包线入槽稳定性。所绕线包整齐一致，稳定性高。
Adopting Qiwei high-speed control system, imported Taiwan HIWIN precision lead screw,Japan Panasonic servo motor driving, Chinese and English touch screen interface，adopting single-station servo independent drive indexing system,improve the stability of the copper wire into the groove.
主机架构部分采用优质铸造件，CNC高精度加工，牢固可靠。

配备松下安全光栅，机台门板采用光电安全开关，气动剪刀，特制专用伺服张力系统。
