Second, the variable speed method of the DC motor: the DC motor needs to convert the supplied power into direct current in order to drive the motor, so the DC motor is equipped with DC speed regulator or brushless driver to drive and control the motor. in view of the small size of the motor in the small winding machine equipment is relatively large.

Third, the variable speed method of servo drive motor: it belongs to precision motion parts which are more suitable for high precision winding machines and equipment, and can be used with special drivers to maintain closed-loop operation control. the biggest characteristic of this kind of motor is constant torque and closed-loop operation, which is suitable for the production and processing of high-precision coils.
