Debugging method of automatic winding machine

With the vigorous development of high and new technology, the difficulty coefficient of setting and debugging of the contemporary automatic winding machine has greatly increased because of the collection of electrical control, mechanical transmission, photoelectric detection and many other technologies. After many customers have bought the winding machine, they often can't find the direction for its setting. This paper lists the functions and common debugging methods of the automatic winding machine as follows:

Firstly,Familiar with the function of the equipment and the winding process.

When you buy a winding machine, you should first turn on the power supply for no-load trial operation. The key to this process is to check whether the operation of the winding machine is smooth and whether there is abnormal noise. In this process, the debugger should refer to the winding machine instructions to check whether each function is effective one by one. At the same time, it is also a process to be familiar with the equipment. After getting familiar with the function of the equipment, we should find the corresponding function of the equipment combined with its own product winding process, and combined with the process to check whether the function of the equipment is in line with the winding requirements. The functional requirements of the equipment need to be carefully communicated with the equipment supplier when purchasing, so as to prevent the equipment from being inconsistent with the winding requirements after purchase. What should be paid attention to is the allowable wire diameter, maximum load, width and precision of the equipment. These parameters are the basic data to measure whether the equipment meets the winding requirements.

Secondly,Setting and data determination of equipment accessories.

After the debugger is familiar with the functions and parameters of the equipment, they also need to measure the tension adjustment of the automatic winding machine and the information of the winding die. Under normal circumstances, the larger the wire diameter, the greater the tension. The tension adjustment range of equipment from different manufacturers is slightly different, and the tension required for aluminum wire and copper wire is also different. Aluminum wire with the same wire diameter requires less tension than copper wire. Too much tension adjustment will cause the actual wire diameter wound on the mold to become smaller, if it is a thin wire, there will be the phenomenon of breaking and knotting, and if the tension is too small, there will be the phenomenon of coil edema and messy wire arrangement, so tension adjustment is a very important setting. Different wire diameters will have a safe tension range, which is introduced in detail in the book "enamelled Wire Safety tension". The debugger should refer to it carefully and determine the winding die. It should be noted that the width and height of the mold match with the winding rod, too tight will affect the mold loading and unloading, too loose will also cause the mold sloshing to affect the layout effect.
