Working principle of motor stator winding machine: the shape and size of motor windings are designed to better meet any specified purpose. The main parameters such as inductor, Q factor, insulation strength and required magnetic field strength have great influence on the design of inductor coil winding. It is found that the winding resistance of the inductor coil is constructed into various groups about the type and geometry of the winding inductor coil. The mass production of electromagnetic coils is only with the help of automation equipment. There are two types of motor windings, including stator winding and rotor winding.


According to the number of magnetic poles and winding resistance of the motor, the stator winding resistance can be divided into two types: the explicit pole type and the common pole type.


1. In the explicit pole winding, each inductance coil generates one magnetic pole, and the number of inductance coils (groups) of the winding resistance is the same as the number of magnetic poles.

In the common pole winding resistance, each inductance coil (group) generates two magnetic poles, and the number of inductance coils (groups) is 1 / 2 of the number of magnetic poles, this is because the other 50% magnetic poles are generated by the magnetic force lines formed by the inductance coils (groups).


Most of the rotor winding can be divided into two types: squirrel cage type and winding type. The squirrel cage structure is relatively simple, and its winding used to be copper-embedded strips, but at this stage, most of them are cast aluminum, and the unique double squirrel cage rotor has two groups of squirrel cage strips. The winding resistance of the wound rotor is the same as the stator winding resistance, which is also cascaded with another kind of waveform winding resistance. The appearance of waveform winding is similar to that of iterative winding, but the wiring method is different. Its basic component is not a whole inductor coil, but a single-turn unit inductor coil. The waveform winding is usually used in the rotor winding of large AC motors or the armature winding of medium and large DC motors.
