2. The understanding of the total width of the winding is the distance between the beginning of the winding and the end of the winding. Usually this value can directly reflect the winding requirements of the frame. It is important to take into account the interference to the total width of the winding due to the slight variation of the frame used. The method of comprehensive and accurate measurement should be used to take the minimum as the total width of the winding.

3. Before the winding machine is opened, pay attention to check the worktable, the mold fixture, and whether there are any impurities in the transmission area, whether the power supply is properly connected, whether the barrel is properly adjusted, whether the selected enamelled wire meets the regulations, etc., make sure there is no problem before turning on the equipment.
