If the screw is not tightened or the screw is not installed in this part, the inertia impact force of the parts of the winding machine during operation may cause the part to loosen, and when it is serious, the impact will occur, so when you hear the impact sound, the machinery must be blocked and the equipment must be checked quickly; if the base of the winding machine is not heavy enough, or the floor is not satisfied, the winding machine will wobble during operation and there will be a "da" sound. Insufficient lubricating oil in the bearing, "hissing" sound can be heard in the bearing chamber of the winding machine; steel ball in the bearing is damaged and there is a "grunt" sound during operation; rotor parts are loose, such as the counterweight screw on the air blade of the cage rotor is loose, or the rotor shaft is loose, it will cause the winding machine to make a percussion sound; when the shaft is bent or the bearing is worn, the winding machine will also produce vibration and uneven friction sound. Wire lacquer wear and tear caused the intersection of two wires, there will be a "nourishing" sound, but at that time has already caused a short circuit, serious damage to electronic components, so the usual inspection and maintenance is more important than repair!

Compared with PLC, flexible configuration has the advantages of strong computing power, convenient communication and low cost. The control requirements of the winding machine are relatively simple and fixed, so it is very suitable for the application of modular combined controller. At present, the winding machine mostly uses PLC and CNC special controller.

Domestic manufacturers have chosen to give up those coil processing with special requirements. The customization cycle is also shortening.
