The fully automatic winding machine is generally composed of mechanical body, sensor, drive technology and software control. In order to meet the increasing demand of modern electrical coil, the equipment manager has made continuous technical innovation and function expansion.



1. Mechanical ontology technology.


The mechanical body of the automatic winding machine is mainly metal structure, and most of the equipment have the need to reduce the quality and improve the precision. Only after the quality is reduced, can the lightweight drive and improve the response ability be realized, and the response time can be shortened. In the structure of the mechanical body, there is still a large room for optimization, with the improvement of the technical content of other components, the mechanical structure can also be optimized and improved.



2. Sensor and measurement technology.


The traditional winding equipment is mainly mechanical control, modern winding equipment already has the ability of feedback and processing, the use of sensors can improve the reliability, sensitivity and accuracy of the equipment, and monitor the working status of the equipment in real time. For example, the temperature sensor can be used to monitor the temperature of the hot air gun in real time, so that the temperature is always within an optimal range. In the absence of sensors, it is impossible to monitor the sharp increase or decrease in temperature caused by the damage of the hot air gun, resulting in a great increase in the defect rate.



3. driving technology.


At present, the driving mechanism of automatic winding machine is no longer a single AC motor, our common stepper motor, brushless motor and servo motor have been widely used in automation equipment, and the response speed and accuracy have been greatly improved. The improvement of positioning accuracy plays a decisive role in improving the accuracy of the coil, and the allowable error of the coil will be greatly reduced.



4. Software technology.


Modern winding equipment generally uses numerical control system as the control core, single-chip microcomputer, DSP processor, PLC are all very common configurations, software control is particularly important in the process of automation, its development must be combined with hardware, hardware is often a major factor restricting the development of software. For example, when the sensing technology has not developed to a certain stage, no matter how good the algorithm is, it can not guarantee the reliability of the equipment.
