The winding speed of thin wire should not be too slow, but start with slow climbing so as not to break the wire. Thick line speed should not be too fast (overspeed), but pay attention to whether the low and medium speed torque is enough. When using aluminum wire, please note that the lifting force should be much smaller than the copper wire of the same thickness, so as to avoid thinning the wire diameter, bursting the external insulation paint and affecting the product quality. When using aluminum wire, due to the decrease of rising force, the diameter of the set wire should be increased appropriately. Combined with their own strength needs, you can walk less.

Treatment of heating of slip ring.

The main results are as follows: (1) the treatment method of insufficient coaxial cooling air volume of slip ring. Take measures to increase cooling and ventilation, such as external installation of axial fan cooling. When the temperature of the brush or slip ring is high, the fan can be started to strengthen the surface heat exchange, and the cooling effect is ideal. Regularly use dry, clean compressed air to blow the dust and powder of the slip ring, dust from the slip ring cover, check and dredge the slip ring holes after shutdown, and check and clean the air inlet filter.

(2) improve the maintenance quality of brushes, eliminate heating defects in time and use the original brushes and brush boxes of manufacturers as far as possible. The carbon brush should move up and down freely in the brush grip, the gap between the carbon brush and the brush grip should be 0.1~0.2mm, the brush should not jump, shake or jam; the brush grinding surface is bright and free of impurities, the spring compression force should be adjusted to 11012N, the compression force should be changed or adjusted when the compression force is too small, and the surface temperature of the slip ring should not be more than 120C. In addition, the brush should be replaced when the height of the brush is worn off or when the contact is bad. Brush rack should be free of scale, slip ring surface oxide film is too thick or rough surface is not smooth, use fine sand cloth or white cloth grinding, do not use rough sand cloth grinding.
