Dongguan Qiwei Motor Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. It is a national-level high-tech enterprise, specializing in the research, development, manufacturing and global sales of high-end automated winding equipment. Our Milestones of Growth
The company began its operations from a 300-square-meter factory in Fenggang, Dongguan, starting with the production equipment for making heat dissipation fans. It quickly gained market recognition. Just two years after its establishment, it was included in the first batch of the provincial national high-tech enterprise development list, demonstrating its technical strength.
Introducing multi-axis fully automatic winding machines (2-axis/4-axis/6-axis), establishing itself as a technological benchmark in the industry. In 2016, it was officially recognized as a "National High-Tech Enterprise", and a number of patented technologies were implemented. In 2017, the equipment made its debut overseas (in India), initiating a global expansion journey, and providing in-depth services to world 500 companies such as Huawei and Foxconn.
The scale continues to expand. The company has relocated to a new 2,000-square-meter base and actively participated in international exhibitions in Indonesia, India, Vietnam, etc. The market share in the Asia-Pacific region has steadily increased. In 2023, the brand strategy was upgraded, and the entire floor of the Fenggang Tian'an Shenchuanggu office building was purchased to establish a global R&D and service center.
The annual revenue has exceeded the 100 million yuan mark. Our Factory
Our factory is located in Tian'an Shenchuanggu Modern Industrial Park, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City. It has a standardized production workshop covering an area of over 3,000 square meters. The park is equipped with complete infrastructure and an efficient logistics network, providing a solid foundation for us to serve the global market.

Precision Machining Workshop: It is equipped with multiple CNC machining centers and precision lathes, and independently processes key components. This ensures strict control over dimensional accuracy and quality from the very beginning.
Assembly & Debugging Workshop: A temperature and humidity-controlled clean assembly environment, where experienced engineers perform modular assembly and laser calibration to ensure that each device is in its optimal condition upon leaving the factory.
Independent Research and Development and Testing (R&D & Testing): We have a highly capable R&D team and a testing laboratory. We conduct over 1,000 hours of continuous durability tests on all new products and core functions to ensure they meet the most demanding production environment requirements.

Strict quality control system: From the warehousing of raw materials to the final assembly of the complete machine, more than 50 quality inspection standards are implemented.
