This automation production line integrates 14 core automated processes-from silicon steel sheet vibration feeding, material distribution, and winding machine loading to flux dipping, tin dipping, optional testing, PCB insertion, and soldering-with 6 dedicated winding stations and a synchronized robotic arm that moves sequentially to eliminate idle time.
As an automated winding & assembly production line, it features a flexible robotic arm with a spindle that enables independent or simultaneous lifting and rotation, ensuring wide coverage across all stations. The arm's spring-loaded grippers provide gentle yet precise clamping.
