Our factory is located in Tian'an Shenchuanggu Modern Industrial Park, Fenggang Town, Dongguan City. It has a standardized production workshop covering an area of over 3,000 square meters. The park is equipped with complete infrastructure and an efficient logistics network, providing a solid foundation for us to serve the global market.

We firmly believe that the control over the core manufacturing processes is the foundation of quality. Therefore, we have established a highly vertically integrated production system:
Precision Machining Workshop: It is equipped with multiple CNC machining centers and precision lathes, and independently processes key components. This ensures strict control over dimensional accuracy and quality from the very beginning.
Assembly & Debugging Workshop: A temperature and humidity-controlled clean assembly environment, where experienced engineers perform modular assembly and laser calibration to ensure that each device is in its optimal condition upon leaving the factory.
Independent Research and Development and Testing (R&D & Testing): We have a highly capable R&D team and a testing laboratory. We conduct over 1,000 hours of continuous durability tests on all new products and core functions to ensure they meet the most demanding production environment requirements.

Quality awareness permeates every aspect of our production.
Strict quality control system: From the warehousing of raw materials to the final assembly of the complete machine, more than 50 quality inspection standards are implemented.
Advanced testing equipment: Utilize specialized tools such as three-coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and laser interferometers to conduct quantitative precision testing, rather than relying solely on experience.
International standard certification: We are actively pursuing ISO 9001 quality management system certification to ensure that our processes meet the highest international standards.

Our factory is not merely a production unit; it is also a technology incubator.
Digital Management: Utilize ERP/MES systems to conduct full-process digital management of orders, production progress, and materials, ensuring transparency and traceability.
Continuous improvement: We implement the Lean Production concept, constantly optimize processes, shorten delivery times, and reduce costs.
