This multi stations inner winding machine (2 dedicated inner winding stations) is specialized in precision inner winding for multi-pole external-winding motors, excelling in tight-space operations that demand stability for thick wire applications.
As a multi-station internal winding equipment, it adopts a high-speed control system paired with servo motors and precision lead screws, plus an independent servo-driven indexing mechanism that significantly enhances enameled wire slot entry stability-critical for thick wire winding.
BLDC Motor Stator Manufacturing: The primary application is winding coils directly into the inner slots of stators for brushless BLDC motors, ensuring high slot fill rates and compact, precise coil geometry.

Structure of Inner Winding Machine

Winding head / traverse unit: The winding head or traverse unit is what moves the wire evenly across the bobbin during winding.

Wire cutter & end-of-winding mechanism: At the end of each winding cycle, the wire cutter takes over. It cleanly snips the conductor without damaging the coil or leaving rough edges that could snag.
