It's ideal for high-volume stator production in household appliances, automotive electronics, and industrial motors, directly addressing labor cost challenges and human error risks.

As a Full-process automated stator assembly line, it relies on a flexible robotic arm to handle all material transfers: the arm's spindle supports independent or simultaneous lifting and rotation, while spring-loaded grippers (paired with symmetric slot positioning) ensure gentle yet precise stator clamping. The line's intelligent tin dipping system uses detection pins to adjust dipping depth dynamically, preventing soldering inconsistencies, and adjustable tooling adapts to Φ15-Φ24 stators (quick changes for larger sizes) for multi-model production. Optional testing modules further enhance quality control by screening defective products early.
